Web Weavers Workshop with Lorelle in Hawaii

WordPress NewsCome join me, Wednesday, October 22, 2008, for a day long workshop in Honolulu, Hawaii. The Web Weavers Workshop with Lorelle will feature the basics of blogging and how to setup your own blog using WordPress, how to choose a design and WordPress Theme, SEO, blog writing, content development, community building, networking, social media, and everything and more you need to learn to understand how blogging can change your life and your business.

I’ll be showing off a little of WordPress 2.7 and how to use WordPress, including how to incorporate social networking and media into your blog.

That sounds over the top, but this exciting day long conference is a hands-on lesson in blogging. It is open to the public, but almost sold out, so sign up as soon as possible.

It’s at the Manoa Innovation Center in Honolulu.

See you there!

Sounds like an awesome time. Even though I’m in the thick of things, I’d sign up just because Lorelle was the teacher 🙂 I wonder how much of a tan you’ll have when you get back to the mainland!

    None! I’m working. 😀

But you’d have the best time here at Hawaii Geek Week, Jeff. We’re having a blast talking tech and geek everywhere I go.

I wish I could just be there to meet you. It would also be nice to be in a place like Hawaii because it is getting cold where I live. I wish you great luck and I’m excited that it is filling up fast.

It was great to meet YOU. I’m glad you are enjoying the Yahoo Pipes script. I wrote more about it in Tracking Yourself and Your Blog Brand Across the Online Social World.

I’m so looking forward to spending more time with you and digging into your beautiful brain over the weekend at Podcamp Hawaii. Thank you!

Thank you so much. I had a great time and would have loved to stay longer and answer more questions before racing off to PodCamp/WordCamp Hawaii. What an amazing group. I had a blast. Hope you did, too!

    Aloha,

I can’t believe I missed that, I live one block from the Innovation Center… Was this a one-time event or will there be more workshops?

    Mahalo,

If I’m invited back to present more programs, I’ll be there. But that was a one time event. Sorry to have missed you.
