In following through with your recommendation, I came across this quick, free calendar creator from &lt;a href=&quot;http://www.timeanddate.com/calendar/basic.html&quot; rel=&quot;nofollow&quot;&gt;TimeandDate.com&lt;/a&gt; that gave me ample space for a monthly calendar with room for my comments.

I printed a &#039;large&#039; calendar and when previewing it, clicked an option near the top that allows for further formatting the output, from which I chose a one-month-per-page option. It was much like getting an old-style, bound calendar but without all the pretty pictures. :)]]></description>
