Let me see if I understand. You wish to add another author with the same name, and I assume the same email address, but they have a different bio to identify themselves. Odd, but to do so, you must create a new user profile for that user, which means they also need a different email address, or they can use the myemail+junkhere@gmail.com or another email service that recognizes the plus feature. Anything after the plus is not recognized by the email service, so it goes to everything that came before it. All WordPress knows is that this is a different email address, thus will permit the addition of the user. There are a couple Plugins that will allow you to register the same email address for different profiles as an alternative.

Once the new user profile is set, make sure the user uses that login and profile when they are on the two different accounts – or use a WordPress Plugin that allows the user to select which author gets the byline. It’s always sad to see people releasing WordPress Plugins and not taking the extra step to get it in the WordPress Plugin Directory. However, there are plenty of very simple WordPress Plugins to create author boxes as highlighted in the article, and most of them take the information directly from the user profile, with many adding more information to that page to put into the author box. Thanks.

Hey, I've been looking for a good way to add a simple author bio box and just found one today. It doesn't seem to be in the Wordpress Plugin Directory yet. Easy to install and everything is pulled from each user profile.

There are many ways. You need to be more specific but I recommend you search through various WordPress Plugins or edit the author page in your WordPress Theme to add custom elements.
