@ miguelpineiro: WordPress 2.7 will be released the end of the month, hopefully. You can then follow the instructions in the publicity and on the WordPress Codex, and the download page of WordPress.

Ron, the pre-publication preview feature you speak of has never been broken – not in my WP installs, at least. I write a post, save it (NOT publish it), and can preview it immediately…just as I’d expect. I just tested it in a blog that is running 2.6 and preview works just fine.

I have been saying it since mid October when I started testing 2.7 that it wouldn’t be ready. Of course I have been saying that too much effort was being put into a flashy front end rather than function, but no one listened to me there either. Maybe by Christmas I will be comfortable putting 2.7 on any of my important blogs.
