So you don't use headphones when recording? What about when interviewing? How do you hear the other person without feedback pickup through the microphone?

And do you use a wind shield or spit guard or whatever it is called, the screen that goes between the microphone and the mouth to soften the harsh consonants?

And what do you mean by "live music". I assume that means you can add recorded music while you are recording live. Right?
