WordCamp 2007 Attendees: Blogging Tips Book On It’s Way!

Blogging Tips Book by Lorelle VanFossenIf you were one of the lucky ones who attended the recent conference in San Francisco, you will be getting a copy of my book, Blogging Tips – What Bloggers Won’t Tell You About Blogging, in the mail very soon.

Again, sincere apologies from myself, the sponsor and publisher, SplashPress, and the printer for the books not arriving in time for the conference.

The book printer, , sincerely apologies, even though the break in the supply line wasn’t totally his fault. Michael has been on the phone and hounding everyone on the planet almost non-stop since Saturday morning when it was confirmed that the books weren’t delivered. He finally tracked down the books with UPS.

What a guy! Our hero, Michael, will be mailing out the books as soon as he gets your mailing addresses from Automattic.

Three cheers!!!

NOTE: WordPress/Automattic will be contacting attendees in the next day or so requesting your mailing address in order to send you the book. Please respond as fast as possible with the address for shipping. Double check it to make sure it is spelled right as we will not be resending any returned books nor verifying addresses. Thanks!

For those who would like their own copy, or another for a friend, but were unable to attend the conference, they are still available for the introductory price of USD $12.95 plus shipping from the Blog Herald Bookstore.

Thank you to everyone at the conference who held my hand and gave me hugs of support while we panicked over the missing books. You all are stars, and my heroes. Thank you!

Thanks for the update Lorelle. I’m looking forward to the book. Truthfully I hadn’t realized it was so new. I went to my local library today to see if they had it. They where very curious about it, but couldn’t get it since its not on Amazon…. hint. hint. hint.

BTW – Hope you got my emails earlier, If not email and let me know.

I’ve been in meetings all day and will be catching up with emails and all over the next few days. Patience. 😀

And the book is not on Amazon, nor elsewhere, as we choose to keep it affordable. It’s be $24.95 on Amazon. Right now, it’s $12.95. Got a PayPal account, you get a signed copy if you order soon. Unfortunately, the ones going out to you and the attendees won’t be signed as they are coming straight from the printers. Again, apologies from everyone that they didn’t arrive in time, but it’s on its way!

It was great meeting you and everyone at the conference. It was amazing, wasn’t it.

Oh Yay! They’re found! I can’t wait to read it! Thanks for sorting out the supply line issue… Now the question is – what address did I use when I registered?!

Good luck digging through your emails!

Jenny: You haven’t bought anything through Amazon, Ebay, or elsewhere? Wow! The book is purchased using your PayPal account, so you don’t have to give any credit card information through the web. It’s very secure. And easy.

Garrett and Jen: It was so great to meet you and every-wonderful-one. An amazing weekend. Totally amazing!

Hi Lorelle! Very nice seeing you at WordCamp. Although I did not get a chance to talk to you personally, but I thank you for the inspiring and insightful talk you delivered on Saturday. Your talk made me to reconsider my views towards blogging, and made me want to blog better.

BTW, also thank you for the free book, I am looking forward to read this book and to learn more from you.

    Thank you, Lorelle!

    Lorelle,

It is very generous of both you and Michael to share this book with all of the attendees. I personally look forward to receiving it and putting some of your tips to work.

On a more personal note, I enjoyed finally meeting you at the conference and I look forward to seeing you again soon.

    Take care,

    John

I have a copy! It kicks ass Lorelle, seriously. I’ve been going through it in bits and pieces, for inspiration and for tips, and … well … it’s great 🙂

Ahmed: So glad you got your copy. And thanks for the kind words. It’s still amazes me that it was created and produced in 4 weeks, with one of those at the printers. I left so much information out, there will have to be Blogging Tips, Too. 😀
