Not too hard for me as my main reading is golf blogs, and the people writing are quite open about where they are, what they do etc.

These are meta tags which you can add to full version WordPress blogs to set the geographical location of your blog. The goal was to use these to help search engines and others locate “you” or your business by geographical proximity to a specific location. I don’t think much as been done on this for a couple of years.
