Ever since I Auto upgrade to 2.3 Dexter, I have been getting error…everytime I submit a commment or try to publish a post. The odd thing is that the action still register though. If I press submit comment it will lead me to a white page with some error code, but when I press back and refresh the comment got published.

The facts are still that the support forums are volunteer. If no one knows the answer, your question won’t get answered. Keep looking. What you are asking is very common and found in many WordPress Themes. I’m on the road but I’ll try to point you to Themes that use the “group by date” post query filter.
