		<description><![CDATA[Why doesn&#039;t WP put up a &quot;changed files only&quot; version? Honestly, there is a vast number of people who have hacked the code, and so we want to screw up as few files as possible with an upgrade.

And it figures, I upgraded to 2.1 &lt;i&gt;yesterday&lt;/i&gt;. Sigh.]]></description>
