I also get ideas from watching weight loss shows and I even ask my subscribers what their biggest weight loss questions are for even more post ideas.

My best ideas are usually at 2am while I’m feeding baby and can’t write them down, then I always forget right after.

I have this habit of making notes on just about everything. Including phrases I hear throughout the day that are interesting and could be a source of inspiration later. I have a reporter size notebook literally bursting with words, phrases and little sketches. It might be interesting to scan some, in fact.

My personal life has been my main source recently. Someone will say something, or something will happen, and it will get me thinking.

It never hurts to see what’s hot on Technorati, Digg, etc. too, if you’re really stuck. But that much is probably obvious.
