And what form would the published blog take? Would it be a pdf file for downloading? Or a set of HTML interlinked files for online viewing? Or has it actually been printed into a physical book, but in what form? Hardbound? Softbound? GBC or ring bound? Is it being sold or offered for free?

You see that monitoring such books is rather difficult, though it might be a good business to start. ;-)
