A blog is never finished. It sounds like you want more traffic, more exposure, more interaction with your readers. That’s about building a community. Have you focused on that with social media tools?

As for the last question, WordPress.com has extensive help and support in multiple languages on how to create Pages and other technical how tos for WordPress.com. Have you looked into those? Links to new Pages are created automatically within your WordPress Theme, but you can put a link to them wherever you want in your sidebar or blog posts.

I just started blogging (first issue October, 2010). I have two blogs one on Blogspot http://amarprakash.blogspot.com and the other on Worldpress http://www.amarprakash.worldpress.com . I love writing and want to express my opinions and raise questions more than answers by my readers. My blog on Worldpress is not complete yet but I published it anyway. Your this blog gave me lot of great ideas. However, I am still missing some techniques on how to add pages or create links to new pages. Do you know of any blog that addresses that? Amar Prakash
