Traffic is traffic, but blowing out your server due to traffic overload can hurt and kill traffic, bringing it to a dead stop. And all web traffic is not “good traffic”. There’s a lot more to traffic than just getting people to your blog. You have to keep them there and keep them coming back.

traffic is traffic. the more people who see your site the better.. sure the digg users may not click the adverts.. but users from the million othersites who will end up linking to your site will..
