You edited some WordPress Theme template files (those are the php files) on your server and now you can’t put them back with your FTP program? Or you edited them on your hard drive and now want to FTP them to your server? You must contact your web host for help in connecting your FTP program to your site. I can’t help you. These are not Plugins and must be put in the right directories. The may be able to help you more.

I can find the link to upload them to the hosting service and they wont reply to my mail.
I tried to upload the file as a plugin at wordpress where I login but it wont accept it due to wrong header.

There is no PHP program you need to work with WordPress. To install it manually, follow the instructions in the WordPress Codex for Installing WordPress. You need nothing more than a text editor and an FTP program.

All the files in WordPress can be accessed and edited with a text editor (not word processor). However, there is no need to edit any file in WordPress except the wp-config.php. Edit it with a text editor per the instructions.

WordPress will install with one click on many web hosts, however, not all install it right. The installation literally takes less than 5 minutes to do. Edit the config file, then upload the whole thing to your server and run the install.php through your browser. It’s done. No PHP program or anything special required other than FTP.
